reports that Apple will add support for a journaling file system with the next update to Mac OS X, version 10.2.2. While Apple's likely to add journaling support to its systems some day, I can't imagine them doing so in a dot-dot release of the operating system. I'll be very surprised if this feature isn't held until 10.3 is ready.
