Announced!

The project I moved to back in May and have spent nearly every waking moment working on for months was announced today. You might have heard the news.

Once I’ve caught up on sleep hopefully I’ll have a bit more time for posting here (probably not about the iPhone) than I’ve had in the past few months.

    Congratulations!

Yay for the opportunity to catch up on sleep, too. I got the impression you were having fun, aside from it eating all your waking hours, though.

And, since I suspect from past history that I’ve now got about a three-minute window where I can ask this before you go on to the next hush-hush sooper-seekrit project: What are you working on now?

Why am I not surprised that you had your fingers in that. Congrats, it’s freakin’ awesome. Get some well deserved sleep!

Jesus, Eric, you’re insane. If I want to run OS X on the analytic engine I guess you’re the guy to call. Fantabulous work, I just wish I could own one (going out of the country for semester abroad). Do we get a SDK at WWDC?

Indeed, congrats. And since you’re only supposed to say nice things, I’ll stop now. ;-)

    Congratulations seconded and approved!

Did I see you stand up at the keynote? I thought I did.

Amazing work, Eric. Mondo congratulations. The only problem is I heard there is a bug where the iPhone doesn’t work in Somerville, MA offices. Something about the air. If you send a prototype I promise to do diligent testing…

Congrats! It looks like an awesome product. +1 for some developer access :-)
I was going to say enjoy the rest, but you still have a few more months before release. I wonder if the whips will be put down so you can get a little vacation time?

    Best of luck!

Well done, that’s incredible. Looking forward to the SDK..

You may have hit another one out of the park.

Jenny loathes phones in general and cell phones in specific. When I got home last night, she presented me with the number of hours until the start and end of June, and how many pennies we would need to save per hour to buy one.

    Or two.

Congrats, Eric! I can tell you that here at EA, the “I want it” shakes have already begun… :)
